Gan Liu
Hi, I am Gan Liu, currently studying Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and I have been teaching and coaching robotics teams for the last 4 years. I got into robotics in 6th grade when I joined my school’s First Lego League and EARLY robotics teams, as well as attending the Games Robots Play and Ecobots challenges. In high school, I joined my school VEX robotics team, the district BEST robotics team, well as the FIRST robotics team Discobots. In the past four years, I have also been teaching robotics at the HuaXia Chinese School and leading teams from all over Houston to participate in the VEX IQ challenge. Outside of robotics, I participate in DECA, which is a business and career oriented competition.
Baron Niu
A freshman at Glenda Dawson High School. He has been playing chess for over 8 years and has an expert rating of 2100 at the United States Chess Federation (USCF). He has won many prizes in state championships and open tournaments. Last year he won state champion at Texas grade championship. Currently he is a top 50 players in the United States for his age.
Aaron Wu
A freshman at Glenda Dawson High School. He has been playing chess for 5 years and has a 2nd category title at the United States Chess Federation (USCF). He also won several trophies and cash prizes in various chess tournaments. He has been teaching kids chess for two years and has enthusiasms to share his experiences with kids.
Jayden Lu
目前是Dawson HS 9年级的学生。他对数学，物理，Robotics都有强烈兴趣。他初中时期带领Math Count队伍两次进入州赛，开创了学区新记录。他本人也在8年级和9年级两次在奥数中晋级AIME比赛。他所在的机器人队伍Pearadox今年也进入了World Champs，在Division比赛中排名第二。他的其他爱好是Chess， Soccer和Tennis。

· Set design and construction for performances, as well as assist in the maintenance of props and set pieces.
· Assisted the run crew and costume department during performances to: strike set pieces, reset scenes, and help performers in rapid costume changes.

2015-2018 CLEAR CREEK INDEPENTEND SCHOOL DISTRICT FIRST ROBOTICS TEAM
· Collaborated alongside NASA engineers and 60 classmates from around the district to draft and build a robot.
· Learned how to wire a robot as well as troubleshoot any issues that arose.
· Trained new students to navigate the robotics community and broaden their skill sets.
Joyce Zhang
My name is Joyce Zhang and I am a ninth grade dance major at the High School for Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA). I have been dancing for almost five years and I have won multiple awards at a plethora of dance competitions. Not only do I go to competitions, I also go to different conventions, such as the elite 24seven dance convention. I have been qualified as a finalist in both 2016-2017 & 2017-2018 seasons and have won scholarships that act as money towards later seasons. Since I have only been dancing for less than five years, I have worked very hard to be at the level that I am currently at and have successfully passed two auditions that happened last year to be admitted to the HSPVA dance department. Dance has taught me many life lessons such as discipline, respect, and patience. Along with dancing, I also enjoy playing the piano.
Shujie Wang
从事教育教学工作27年，来美国12年一直在中文学校教中文，还有机会在美国公立学校教过一段时间中文。从2017年开始在公立图书馆组织孩子学中文，并得到图书馆工作人员的大力支持。2016年开办机器人夏令营到今年已经是第四期了，同时还组织夏令营的学生参加了机器人比赛并连续三年进入世界杯决赛取得前几名的好成绩。
